Three Injured In Multiple Car Crash In Osun

Multiple accidents which occurred on Sunday morning in Osun State left three people seriously injured, while two others escaped unscathed.
Confirming the development in a statement issued by the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC), Osun State Sector Commander, Inyang Umoh, the collision occurred near the Igbelajewa bends on the Ilesa-Akure route, 15 kilometres from the Iwaraja junction.
According to the report, which was made public by the Command’s Spokesperson, Agnes Ogungbemi on Sunday, the crash involved two vehicles, a bus and a motorcycle, and was caused by a loss of control owing to overspeeding.
She stated that the two vehicles involved in the accident were a white Toyota Hiace with registration number GME324XD and a blue TVS motorbike with registration number GNN795QB.
According to her, “Five adult males were involved in the crash and the three injured adult males have been taken to the Wesley Guild Hospital, Ilesa for medical attention.”
