2023 Osun NUJ Press Week: Health Walk Holds Tomorrow

The Health Walk to mark the 2023 NUJ Press Week will take place tomorrow, Wednesday, 25th October 2023.

A statement by the Chairman and the secretary of the Health Committee, Comrade Wumi Olaniyi and Comrade Mojisola Oladele indicates that members would walk from the Osun NUJ Press Centre, beside Technical College, Osogbo down to Oke Fia, through Alekuwodo and back to the Center.

The Health Walk tagged “Health is Wealth” will have in attendance notable individuals like Wife of Osun state speaker, Princess Egbedun,Chairman House Committee on science and innovation and member representing Obokun State Constituency, Arch. Adewunmi Adeyemi, Chairman Osun State House on Health and member representing Ifedayo Constituency, Doctor Kasope Abolarin, Managing Director Primrose Lighthouse Travels and Tours Limited ,Lagere Ile Ife, Dr Kunle Ojo, C.E.O Apex Tutor’s and Apex Olive College Ajebamidele Ile Ife,Hon Amusa Olalekan and other government functionaries to participate in the Health Walk.

Also, Osun State Coordinator and members of staff, Monipoint Microfinance Bank will join the health walk.

The statement enjoins members of the union to converge at the Press Centre by 7am for an important briefing before the take off.
