Osun NUJ Holds Intellectual Discourse Programme Tomorrow
Nigeria Union of Journalists, Osun State Council will on Wednesday holds its 2nd Quarterly Intellectual Discourse Programme at the NUJ Press Centre,Iwo/Ibadan Road, Osogbo by 10 in the morning.
A statement by the Chairman of the Union,Comrade Wasiu Ajadosu and Secretary,Comrade Adeyemi Aboderin indicates that the Rector, Osun State College of Technology, Esa Oke, Dr Samson Adegoke will deliver a paper with the theme “Empowering Nigerians for Life In The Changing World of Work; The Imperative of TVET and Micro Credentials”
The statement noted the Executive Director, Centre for Black Culture and International Understanding, Osogbo, Professor Siyan Oyeweso is the Chairman of the occasion while the Apetumodu of Ipetumodu,Oba Joseph Oloyede is the Royal Father of the day.
It hinted that Osun State Commissioner for Information and Public Enlightenment,Oluomo Kolapo Alimi and the Chairman, Governing Council Osun State College of Technology, Esa Oke,Prince Diran Odeyemi are the Special Guests of Honour.
The statement urged members of the public, including students and civil society organizations to be part of the event.
