Oluwo Commends Governor Adeleke For Interacting With Monarchs, Promising Local Govt. Autonomy

The Natural Paramount Ruler of Iwoland, HIM Oba Abdulrosheed Adewale Akanbi, has commended Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State for interacting with Osun monarchs and promise to grant autonomy to local governments administration in the state.

Oluwo described his accountability session with traditional rulers as a divined wisdom of God, saying the impression will ring for long in the Osun State Council of Obas.

Equally, Oluwo eulogized the governor for assurance of better welfare package for traditional rulers, praying him to respect the pledge.

A statement by Oluwo press secretary, Alli Ibraheem, further reads “The impression heralding the administration of Governor Ademola Adeleke is impressive. I don’t know where he got the wisdom of having a meeting with the traditional institution to commence his administration but I know such must be a divined wisdom from God. He is starting on a good note for recognizing the traditional institution ”

“Equally, the governor deserve another commendation for his pledge to grant autonomy to local government administrations in Osun State. Doing such will repose the confidence in local government and extend dividends of democracy to the grassroots”

“I pray for more divined wisdom to Governor Ademola Adeleke to constructively pilot the affairs of the state”
