Five Years After, Court Reinstates Justice Folahanmi Oloyede Of Osun High Court
A federal High Court sitting in Abuja has reinstated Hon. justice Olamide Folahanmi Oloyede of Osun state high court who was unjustly retired by the National Judicial Council, NJC.
Recall Hon. Justice Olamide Folahanmi Oloyede of High Court of Justice, Osun State was petitioned by the Osun Civil Societies Coalition for her failure to conduct herself in such a manner as to preserve the dignity of her office and impartiality and independence of the Judiciary when she wrote a petition against the former Osun State governor, Mr Rauf Aregbesola and his deputy to members of the State House of Assembly.
CityMirrorNews recalls that National Judicial Council, NJC, sacked Olamide Oloyede of Osun State High Court.
The Council suspended and recommended Oloyede and one other judge for compulsory retirement at the end of its 77th meeting held on July 15, 2016.
