Pray For Peace, Stability Of Nigeria, Osun Chief Whip, Olatunji Charges Muslims
The Chief Whip of the State of Osun House of Assembly, Hon Tunde Olatunji has called for ceaseless prayer for the peace, progress and stability of Nigeria.
In a message of felicitation with Muslims on Eid-El-Kabir celebration, Hon. Olatunji also appealed to citizens to refrain from selfish attitude, but embrace sacrificial services in the interest of the Nation.
He noted that the Holy Book’s principle of work and prayer as key to breakthrough had remained valid as historical evidences showed that nations and people that worked and prayed achieved their goal.
The Legislator who represents Ife North state constituency said the incidence of Prophet Ibrahim’s sacrificing his only Son which the Eid symbolized enjoined all faithfuls to be obedient to God and authorities as well as make sacrifice for National development.
Hon Olatunji also appealed to faithfuls to exhibit at all times conduct that would promote religious tolerance and peaceful coexistence.
“I felicitate with our Muslims brothers and sisters, not only in Ife North,but across our state and country. We remain peaceful and united. These virtues are key to our individual and collective growth. The almighty God want us to embrace all these including obedience and sacrificial living”.
” I.plead with our leaders at all levels and across all facets to do only that which promote our togetherliness.
