Amb Omar Meets President Felix Of Congo, Presents Letter Of Credence
The Nigerian Ambassador appointed by President Muhammadu Buhari to the Republic of Congo, Engr Omar Suleiman has officially presented his letter of Credence to President Felix Tshisekedi.
Omar in a Phone interview with our correspondent said the official exercise is a lead that made him hit the ground running in building bilateral ties in the area of mineral products Congo is known for.
According to him Mineral Products constitute most of the country’s total exports and Diamonds account for almost one-half of the trade revenue, these are some of the areas the duo countries will establish stronger ties.
He said the Republic of Congo is also good in copper, cobalt, gold, Coltan, Zinc, Tin, Tungsten, and good in consumer products which include textiles, Plastics, Footwear, Processed foods, beverages so many that can attract Nigerian investors.
