NACETEM Unveils Its Ultra Modern Lodging And Relaxation Facilities
The National Centre for Technology Management (NACETEM), an Agency of the Federal Ministry of Science and Technology, with its Headquarters sited within the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, today, Thursday, 1st April, 2021 opens its ultra-modern lodging and relaxation facilities to the public.


The facilities, which comprise 20 Guest Challets, Lounge and 500-Seater Auditorium, are constructed to make learning conducive for the participants of the Agency’s training programmes.
NACETEM trains middle-to-high level manpower in science, technology and innovation management. This is done through seminars/webinars, short-term training courses, conferences and workshops. Since inception, the Agency has trained over 5000 Technology Managers who ply their trades in different sectors of the economy.
At the unveiling ceremony, the DG/CEO, Engineer Professor Okechukwu Ukwuoma, represented by the Head, Human Resource Department, Mr Akin Olawale said the facilities are there to make life easy for participants at the Agency’s training programmes.
With these state-of-the-art facilities, NACETEM has again made a bold statement to the world as an Agency poised to change the way knowledge is imparted as a conducive environment is a critical factor in human capacity building.
