Health: Omoyiola Medical Centre Commences Cataract Surgery For 50 Beneficiaries Tomorrow
50 cataract patients are to benefit from free eyes surgery of Omoyiola Free Medical Centre, Ileogbo, a subsidiary of TotalhealthKids Foundation.
The exercise, according to the Chief Executive Officer, Dr. (Mrs.) Adeteju Ogunrinde, is the second of it type in Ileogbo, as beneficiaries cut across cities and towns such Iwo, Ileogbo, Kuta ,Telemu, Asami, Oluponna etc
Already scheduled and screened beneficiaries have been contacted as the exercise commence tomorrow, Wednesday 30th September, 2020. The first 20 patients will be operated tomorrow while the rest 30 are scheduled for next tomorrow, Nigeria’s Independence day.
As part of her contribution to humanity, the foundation is marking the independence day with free cataract surgery for the screened 50 beneficiaries.
The eyes surgery is part of the annual contribution of the foundation to the well being of the good people of Osun State.
It could be recalled that the same numbers (50) of patients benefited from last year’s similar exercise.
