Ajipe Condemned Killing Of Ondo Monarch

The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Klick Konnect Networks, Alex Ajipe has condemned in strong term the killing of Olufon of Ifon, in Ose Local Government of Ondo state Oba Israel Adeusi, by unknown gunmen suspected to be kidnappers.
Recall that Oba Adeusi was on Thursday evening shot dead at Elegbeka, Owo-Ifon road by unknown gunmen suspected to be kidnappers while returning to his town after attending the Council of Obas’ monthly meeting held in Akure, the state capital.
Ajipe who lamented the killing as outrageous, barbaric, however, expressed sadness over the killing and urged security agencies to redouble their efforts to ensure that the perpetrators of the dastardly act were brought to justice.
Ajipe in a statement issued by his media aide, Solomon Adewoye in Akure, the state capital described the late monarch has peace-loving and generous person, saying his death is a big loss to the people of Ifon and Ondo state at large.
He pointed out that given the drive towards the transformation of Ondo state to an industrial hub, no efforts would be spared by the Akeredolu led government to ensure the safety of lives and property to attract investors to the state.
The Klick Konnect Networks CEO, however, enjoined security agents in the state to also be proactive in protecting lives and property of the citizenry,
He said, “I call on our people to be more vigilant and expose all criminal element in our domain. Governor Akeredolu is trying his best to protect our people and make Ondo state enviable among committee of states and everybody must join hands together to protect our dear state and we must all be vigilance so that we can make the work easier for the governor.”
