The Deputy Chief Whip, Osun State House of Assembly, Hon. Gbenga Ogunkanmi has, discribed Ogbeni Rauf Adesoji Aregbesola, the Immediate Past Governor, State of Osun and Minister of Interior, Federal Republic of Nigeria has Blessed Art Thou Amongst Men.
