Oyetola’s Emergence As ‘Business Day Governor Of The Year’ Well Deserved-Awofisayo
The Governor of Osun, Mr Gboyega Oyetola has been congratulated for emerging as the Business Day “Governor of the year”.
Immediate past Chairman of the State Universal Primary Education Board (SUBEB) in Osun, Prince Felix Awofisayo made the felicitations as he commended the Business Day newspaper for objectively choosing Governor Oyetola for the honour.
According to him, the honour accorded Governor Oyetola is deserving and befitting of the hard work the Chief executive of the State of Osun has put into governance in the last two years.
Prince Awofisayo said the honour is a worthy recognition of the outstanding development of Osun under the leadership of the amiable governor.
He noted that the Governor could only be encouraged to further the ongoing tremendous development in Osun with an honour like this one.
Prince Awofisayo noted that this is more so when taking cognisance of the so much negative tendencies that has occurred in the last two years.
The negative tendencies, ordinarily were sufficient to make progress and development impossible for a less focused Chief executive but Governor Oyetola has made quick march in spite of the possible setbacks.
It was for this reason that Governor Oyetola deserves to be commended by forging ahead in his development strides and thus deserves the honour done to him by the Business Day, Awofisayo submitted.
The All Programmes Congress (APC) chieftain who is also the Osun leader of the Buhari Support Organisation (BSO) urged Governor Oyetola to go ahead to do more for his people in the coming years so that he would be more appreciated.
Prince Awofisayo called on the people of the State of Osun to cooperate and support Governor Oyetola in his efforts to make life meaningful for them. 11. He stressed the need for the people to ensure a second term for Governor Oyetola so that they can enjoy good governance the more.
