Covid-19: Obalola Distributes Face Masks To Osogbo Residents

The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Of Obalola Grafix Osogbo, Comrade Oyebode Yusuff Olamilekan, on Thursday distributed about 500 pieces of free Masks to residents of Osogbo, Osun state Capital.

The state Governor, Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola had in a live broadcast mandated residents of the state to always use face Masks and to maintain social distancing as part of Precautionary measures to combat the virus in the state

Speaking, Olamilekan, who hails from Matanmi Compound in Oke-baale, Osogbo, said that the gusture was to compliment the effort of the state government in its bid to contain the spread of dreaded Coronavirus pandemic in the state.

He noted that the fight against the dreaded Covid-19 is a collective responsibility, hence, the need for all and sundry to contribute their own quota towards ensuring that the state is totally free from infectious disease.

Olamilekan advised the residents of the state on the need to adhere strictly to all the preventive guidelines given by the Nigerian Centre for Disease Control,NCDC in order to prevent the virus from being spreading.

He urged them to always use facemask while going out, the need for them to Wash their hands with soap and water, Sanitize their hands time to time and to always Maintain social distance.

Some of the areas visited for the masks Distribution include Ibokun Road, Oke-baale, Sasa Market and Surulere.
