Breaking: Lalong Floors Useni at Appeal Court Again

The Court of Appeal sitting in Jos has affirmed the election of Governor Simon Bako Lalong of Plateau State.
In a unanimous judgement delivered today, the Court dismissed the appeal filed by Senator Jeremiah Useni, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in the last governorship election in the state.
The Court held that the appeal lacked merit and thereby dismissed.
