Missing Child In Akure Church: DSS Arrests Popular Prophet, ‘Sotitobire’ Whisked To Abuja

The founder of Sotitobire Miracle Centre, Oshinle Quarters in Akure, the state capital, Prophet Alfa Babatunde popularly known as ‘Ipe to Shaana (Strong Calling), has been arrested by men of the Department of State Security Service (DSS) from Abuja.
CityMirrorNews learnt that his arrest was sequel to series of agitations by various interest groups across the country over the disappearance of a baby boy, Gold, in his church exactly a month ago.
It would be recalled that on November 10, 2019, Gold Kolawole, a one-year-old boy could not return home with his mother after Sunday church service, following his mysterious disappearance from their church of worship at Sotitobire Miracle Centre, Akure.
Babatunde was allegedly fingered over the disappearance of the boy. It was gathered that the Pastor was arrested at about 4pm yesterday, (Tuesday) and whisked to Abuja immediately.
Findings revealed that the father of the missing child, Mr. Temitope Kolawole at about 9pm yesterday was also on his way to Abuja in company of an independent broadcaster in the state.
Mr. Kolawole who expressed delight that ‘Sotitobire’ was picked by the DSS from Abuja, accusing state police of doing nothing over the issue.
