PVC-NAIJA Demands For Resignation Of The President Of Court Of Appeal, Justice Bulkachuwa

The sudden change of judges assigned to the election tribunal sitting in Oshogbo Osun State call for worries. Every well intentioned Nigerian must decried the change.

Election tribunal are under the direct supervision of the President of court of appeal, Justice Zainab Adamu Bulkachuwa is married to Ambassador Adamu Bulkachuwa the holder of one of APC senatorial tickets for Bauchi State. This has clearly established a case of conflicts of interest which all Nigerians must raise their voices to demand for it to be addressed and resolved now in favour of justice and equity. APC clearly has an upper hand in the case at the tribunal in Oshogbo and obviously in all subsequent election cases that may proceed to tribunals after 2019 elections. The time to act is now.

PVC-NAIJA call on the Honourable Justice Zainab Adamu Bulkachuwa to toe the path of honour and resign her appointment. Her place in the other room (apologies to President Mohammadu Buhari) is no doubt a threat to the administration of electoral justice. We must not wait until history is allowed to repeat itself. The influence of a wife in the other room, kitchen room and sitting all together can leave us with fatal consequences, such wedged in the past declared Peter Odili not answerable to the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigerian till tomorrow.
