Elder Peter Babalola noted that, writing portrays the real personality of an officer, adding that through writing, a composed, knowledgeable and analytical officer will be easily identified.

The Commission’s boss explained that, the training programme is very necessary at this period because of the poor quality of communication and writing skills exhibited in various submissions, letters and draft circulars in the service.

He maintained that, the training programme is designed to update the knowledge of participants on various strategies, techniques and steps for good communication.

He stressed further that, the workshop is aimed at enhancing the performance and productivity of officers through acquisition of additional knowledge for effective communication and writing.

In his address of welcome, the Managing Consultant of Stephen Jolaolu Global Consult, Mr. Oluwole Faguitan emphasised that, it is essential for administrative officers to be above board in terms of knowledge and service delivery.

He explained that, training is both a motivator and reward for good service delivery adding that, participants must make the very best use of the opportunity given to them.
