Just In: Adamawa Governor’s Chief Of Staff Dies In Saudi Arabia
The Adamawa State government has announced the demise of the Chief of Staff, Government House Yola, Alhaji Abdulrahaman Abba Jimeta.

Accordingly, the State will observe three days of mourning, for the late Chief of staff, who it described as a committed Citizen.
Abdulrahaman Abba Jimeta, passed on in the early hours of Monday 18 June, 2018 in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, where he was peforming Umrah(the lesser Hajj).
A statement, by the Adamawa Commissioner of Information and Strategy, Ahmed Sajoh, says that the family, indicated that he would be buried in Makkah, according to Islamic Injunctions.
While work resumes Tuesday June 19, the State Government charges workers to remain committed, while mourning, as a mark of honour, of the virtues the late Abba stood for.
Abba was aged 59 and is survived by an aged father, a wife and eleven children.
