Osun 2018: PDP Group Endorses Adeogun For Guber Race, Says He Has No Allegation

A political Association in Osun State called Morak Group , has declared its total support for the gubernatorial aspiration of Prince Albert Abiodun Adeogun, a Law Maker stressing that it would be politically suicidal to support aspirants with allegations of wrong doings.
The Morak group with representatives from 30 local government areas in the state spoke in unison at Gbongan on saturday urging all members to work for the success of the Peoples Democratic party during the coming gubernatorial election.
Deacon Adesina Adeyemo Alaran one of the speakers at the inaugural meeting said that Chief Abiola Morakinyo ,the convener of the meeting, was a foundation member of PDP in Osun State who has an enviable record of purposeful party leadership in the state
Alaran disclosed that because Adeogun is currently in the National Assembly where he has seen it all “we should all rally round him both at the party primaries and the real campaign for the governorship race as our leader ,Chief Morakinyo is canvassing”
Chief Morakinyo in his brief remark, noted that the choice of Adeogun was arrived at because of his humility and good reputation adding that his political antecedent was devoid of controversy and any allegation whatsoever.
On the crisis bedevilling PDP in the state Morakinyo emphasised that the party has put its house in order adding that very soon the state Executive would soon be put in place after the state convention.
Evangelist F.Ishola said that he was impressed by the name adopted by Adeogun which was “Gods own project assuring that they would not deviate from the path of God in their bid to wrest power from the administration of Engr Rauf Aregbesola.
Prince Adeogun in his remark ,called for total loyalty of all the members pointing out that he puts his political journey of his life in the hand of God adding “I will sustain my vision and mission”
The aspirant stated that most residents of the state knew that things were not as expected in the state alleging that workers and pensioners were operating under hardship ,with poor results from public examinations as well as frustrations on the faces of the masses.
“Things will be made better in the state.I don’t have to abuse Governor Aregbesola.All I know is that things will be positively changed for our people when we get there.There are many resources that we are going to tap.Money will be generated to fund education as expected.Just give me your support and prayers.See this as your project ,he pleaded.
