Minister for Health, Prof Adewole Pays Tribute to Adeleke’s Family

Nigeria Minister for Health, Prof Isaac Folorunsho Ifawole on Saturday paid a condolence visit to the family of the late Senator Isiaka Adeleke in Ede, Osun state, describing his death as painful and shocking.

Prof Adewole urged the Adeleke’s family to take solace in God, saying that the late senator lived a fruitful and fulfilled life.

Prof Adewole who described Adeleke’s death as a monumental loss to the All Progressives Congress (APC), Osun and Nigeria at large, stated that the senator lived an exemplary live and was loved by his people, Ede community and Osun state.

According to Adewole, Adeleke would linger in the memory of the people for his open-heartedness, generosity, simplicity and hospitality, adding that his demise has created a vacuum that would be difficult to fill.

The minister visited the Mrs Modupe-Adeleke Sanni, younger sister to the late senator, Dr Deji Adeleke, younger brother to the senator and Mrs Nike Adeleke, the widow.
