Below is the Letter Written by the IIndependent National Electoral Commission to embattled Kogi West Senator, Dino Melaye on his proposed recall to start on the 3rd of July as the commission officially received the petition with voters signatures inclusive.

The Senator has however described the recall as a politically orchestrated move which is not possible.

If he is recalled, he will be the first Nigerian lawmaker to make history.
