Governor Ahmed Appoints New Head Of Service
Governor Abdulfatah Ahmed of Kwara State has approved the appointment of Mrs Susan Modupe Oluwole as the new Head of Service (HoS) in the State public service.
This was made known by the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor, Dr Muideen Akorede while addressing pressmen on the outcome of the State Executive Council meeting at the Government house in Ilorin on Wednesday.
The governor’s aide noted that the appointment of Mrs Oluwole, who is the second female head of service in the state, follows the retirement of Hajia Zarah Omar on Friday, September 1st, 2017.
He further disclosed that before her appointment, Mrs Oluwole was the Permanent Secretary in charge of service welfare in the office of the Head of Service.
Oluwole hails from Moro Local Government Area of Kwara State.
