Oluwo stated this in reaction to the striking out of the litigation instituted against him by the Oluwo-Oke of Iwo-Oke, Oba Kadiri Adeoye.

The frontline traditional ruler described his actions since emergence as Oluwo in combating hooliganism and illegalities as unprecedented, saying that his financial commitment to the judiciary within and outside Osun state was unmatched within the frame of his rulership.

Oluwo disclosed that his financial aid and influence resuscitated Iwo High court at the tale time it was about to be closed, owing to poor infrastructures and poor funding.

He maintained that his disposition to any litigation is fairness and free hearing.

The traditional ruler said: “I am a friend of the judiciary and I will always be. I am financially committed to the judiciary and a core respecter of the rule of law. Even when there was a threat to close down Iwo High Court due to poor infrastructures, I used my personal fund to renovate it which runs to millions of naira. I ensured fairness irrespective of the person involves.

“I want to tell the court that all what happened during the matter was misinformation. My feeling towards that effect is expressed in the letter of discontinuance before the court. Oluwo is never a ringer and will never be”

Oluwo urged Nigerians to be respectful to the constitution of the country through their actions and uphold the principle of the rule of law.
