Alleluyah Preaches Peace, Love at Easter
Nigerians, irrespective of tribe or religious beliefs have been urged to embrace peace and love which are the essential ingredients for the progress and development of any nation.
The appeal was made by Senator Hosea Ayoola Agboola (Alleluyah) while felicitating and rejoicing with Nigerians, Christians in particular on the occasion of Easter celebration.
Senator Agboola, in a release issued and signed by his Special Assistant on Media and Publicity ’Banjo Adetoye, and made available to CityMirrorNews in Ibadan, he urged Nigerians to love one another for the leaders to concentrate on finding lasting solutions to the myriads of problems confronting the nation.
“It is also mandatory for us to embrace peace wholeheartedly in order to justify the love of Jesus Christ who died for us on the cross in order for mankind to have eternal life. This is the essence of Easter, he said emphatically.
Senator Agboola said Easter means sacrifice, love and humility, pointing out that if Jesus Christ did not give himself as a sacrifice for our sin, we would not have had the hope of eternal life.
On the biting economic situation now in the country, Senator Agboola assured Nigerians that everything would soon come to normalcy since naira has started to appreciate gradually.
“At a time like this, all we need is to do move closer to our creator and depend totally on Him and its will be well with us,” he further assured.
On the political terrain in the country, Alleluyah also pleaded with Nigerians to continue to pray for the nation’s leaders for God to lead them aright, assuring that concerned politicians are strategizing to get the nation back on the right track.
