Super Eagles Outclass Argentina, Win 4-2 In Krasnodar Friendly

Three Second Half Goals earned the Super Eagles of Nigeria an emphatic 4-2 comeback win against their Argentinian Counterparts on Tuesday evening.
The friendly game decided at the Magnificent Krasnodar Stadium in Russia which will host the 2018 World Cup saw the Eagles comeback from a 2-1 loss in the first.
Ever Banega gave the Argentines their first goal in the half hour mark while Manchester City’s Sergio Aguero doubled the lead moments later.
The Super Eagles however pulled one back from Kelechi Ihenacho’s wonder free kick.
In the second, Arsenal’s Alex Iwobi levelled up before Bryan Idowu extended the lead.
The game visibly controlled by the Argentinians continued its dramatic turn around for the Nigerians as Alex Iwobi got another goal more than 20 minutes from time.
The 4-2 win gives the Gernot Rohr tutored side much confidence as the draws for the World Cup Draw Nearer.
The draw is expected to hold on December 1 after all qualifiers for the quadrennial mundial are concluded this week.
