Osun APC Condoles With Chief Bisi Akande Over Demise Of Wife

The All Progressive Congress (APC), in Osun State has condoled with the former Chairman of the Party, Chief Adebisi Akande over the death of his wife, Omowumi Akande.

In a statement by the Director of Publicity, Research and Strategy, Mr. Kunle Oyatomi, said the party received the death of Mrs Akande as a rude shock, describing death as an inevitable end.

According to the statement “the chairman,  the entire leadership, members and supporters of the All Progressives Congress  have received with shock the news of the passing of our reverred former First lady of Osun State, Chief Mrs. Omowunmi Akande which heartbreaking event occurred in Ibadan last night.

“Our heartfelt condolence goes to His Excellency, Chief Bisi Akande, the former governor of Osun State, and husband of the deceased.

“We pray that Almight Allah grants him the courage to accept this tragedy in good faith, knowing that Mama whose life has been exemplary will have a place in Al-Jannah Fridaus.
