Guber Aspirant Hails Makarfi Over Osun Caretaker Committee

A governorship aspirant of the Peoples Democratic Party, Mr. Olawale Rasheed has commended the National Chairman of the PDP Caretaker committee, Senator Ahmed Makarfi for the inclusiveness and fairness demonstrated in the making of Osun state caretaker committee of the party.

Speaking at Wadata Plaza the venue of the swearing in ceremony, Rasheed affirmed that “Senator Makarfi and members of the caretaker committee have demonstrated unequal wisdom and commitment to genuine reconciliation through the quality, the inclusiveness and fairness manifested in the caretaker list.

“By ensuring fair representation, the party leadership has set the party on a path of strength and future electoral victory. The composition of the committee is widely applauded by party members irrespective of factional differences”, Rasheed said.

While positing that the committee is composed of credible leaders and political actors, the aspirant explained that  “the task before the caretaker committee is enormous but easily dischargeable and achievable if the inclusiveness is manifested in its operations and conduct.

“Today is a great day in the lives of PDP members across Osun state. There is light at the end of the tunnel. This party is unstoppable on the path of victory in 2018”, he concluded.
