By Abiodun Ogunrinde
The Presidential Candidate of KOWA Party in the 2015 general elections on the platform of the Prof Oluremi Sonaiya has enjoined Nigerian Youths to participate positively in the socio- political and economic development of the country.
She stated this during a public lecture organized by a non-governmental organisation known as Agent of Positive Transformation with the theme “Social Engineering: Making the people the focus of transformation” held at the First bank lecture theatre, faculty of Agriculture, University of Ibadan.
In her lecture, Prof., Oluremi Sonaiya, pointed out that the kind of social engineering needed in our country at this time is human capital development which the Youths must play active role in.
According to her, the strength of a nation is in its Youths which must be guarded jealously and focused on ensuring that they partner leaders in transforming the nation.
