He added that the motive behind the mini contest was not only to get the most befitting logo, but also to bring the ingenuity and creativity of young Nigerians in the fore.

Speaking on this year’s competition, which is the third of it, the lawmaker called on well-meaning individuals and corporate bodies to support the competition by partnering with him, stating that the logistics for this year’s edition will be huge.

The lawmaker also said this year competition will be a state wide contest.

“The motive behind making it a statewide contest is that we know late Senator Isiaka Adeleke was a governor for all Osun and we believe with emergence of Senator Ademola Adeleke, we should not continue having it in the corner of our Constituency.

“I want to call on the local organising committee to ensure that the value is held. No room for any favouritism no matter how little. While I want my team from Egbedore to win, but I want to say that they deserve no favour. Integrity is very important.”

The competition will commence on Sunday, December 4th and climaxed on January 15th, 2023.

Speaking with newsmen, the winner appreciated the lawmaker for the initiative.

He said he never thought his entry could be considered.

“When I first saw it, I had no believe in it. I thought it would be like normal political gimmick. But I thank Representative Bamidele Salam for this. It will go a long way in motivating young people.”

Oluseun took time to explain the concept of the logo in a short presentation he made at the event.
