Adeleke Secures Endorsement From Ede Muslim Grammar School Alumni
The Ede Muslim Grammar School Old Students’ Association (EMGSOSA) has endorsed Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, for a second term ahead of the August 15, 2026 governorship election.
The association, in a statement jointly signed by its National President, Barr. Rasaq Olatunde Bello, and National Secretary, Alhaji Ismail Abidoye, said the endorsement was based on what it described as the governor’s performance in office and his contributions to the development of Osun State.
According to the association, Governor Adeleke has recorded achievements in infrastructure, education, healthcare, workers’ welfare and the promotion of religious harmony since assuming office.
EMGSOSA also noted that Adeleke, a former National President of the association, has continued to make the institution proud through his leadership and commitment to public service.
The association urged its members and residents of Osun State to support the governor’s re-election, saying continuity would sustain the developmental projects initiated by his administration.
It expressed confidence that another term for Adeleke would accelerate development and improve the standard of living of the people of the state.
The association also appealed to political parties, candidates and their supporters to ensure a peaceful and violence-free governorship election.
