The President of the Nigerian Baptist Convention Youth Conference, Bro. Amos Kadanga, has extended warm Easter greetings to Christians across Nigeria and beyond, calling on believers to reflect deeply on the significance of the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

In his Easter message, Bro. Kadanga congratulated Christians, particularly Baptist youths, on the celebration, emphasizing the enduring power of Christ’s love, mercy, and sacrifice. He urged believers to allow the victory of Jesus over death to shape their daily lives through total surrender, service, and devotion to God.

“Dearly beloved brethren in Christ, Season’s Greetings and Happy Easter to all Christians and particularly my Baptist youths all over Nigeria and beyond. As we celebrate Jesus’ triumphant resurrection, may His eternal love, mercy, supreme sacrifice, and glorious victory over death shape us every day to surrender our lives meaningfully, embracing every moment to love, serve, and worship Him,” he stated.

Quoting Gospel of Luke 24:34, he reaffirmed the core message of the season: “He is risen! He is risen indeed! Hallelujah.”

The youth leader also used the opportunity to invite young people to the 2026 Youth Night scheduled as part of the 113th Annual Convention Session of the Nigerian Baptist Convention in Abuja. According to him, the event promises to be a powerful gathering marked by worship, spiritual renewal, and fellowship among youths from across the country.

He disclosed that the programme will hold on April 18, 2026, at the National Ecumenical Centre, urging participants to attend with open hearts and a readiness for a transformative encounter with God.

Bro. Kadanga encouraged unity among Baptist youths, calling on them to come together in faith, joy, and celebration to lift their voices in worship.

“Join the Nigerian Baptist Convention Youth Conference for a transformative worship experience, deep spiritual connection, inspiring encounter, and life-encouraging fellowship. Being one in heart, let’s come together in faith, joy, and celebration in worship unto our God,” he added.

He concluded by wishing all Christians a joyful Easter celebration and expressed optimism about a memorable Youth Night in Abuja.
