Osun TESCOM Chairman Felicitates Teachers, Students On Eid-el-Fitri

The Chairman of the Osun State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM), Comrade Temitope Mustapha Adéyemí, has congratulated teachers and students across the state on the successful completion of the Ramadan fast, extending his warm wishes for a joyful Eid-el-Fitri celebration.

In a statement issued from his office in Osogbo, the chairman joined the global Muslim community in marking the end of the holy month. He urged Muslim teachers to uphold the spiritual discipline gained during the 30-day fasting period by avoiding sinful acts and maintaining righteous living.

Comrade Adéyemí emphasized the importance of faith in God Almighty, encouraging teachers to remain steadfast and hopeful, noting that their prayers and supplications would be answered through divine grace.

He further called on teachers to remain dedicated to their professional responsibilities, discharging their duties with diligence and a deep sense of accountability, so that the values imbibed during Ramadan would positively reflect in their work.

The TESCOM chairman also congratulated newly appointed teachers in the state, urging them to demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm in contributing to the growth and development of the education sector.

Additionally, he advised the new recruits to prepare for upcoming government-organized programmes, including workshops aimed at equipping them for effective service. He also reminded them to ensure all necessary certificates and documents are ready for the ongoing documentation process ahead of their resumption at their respective duty posts.

The TESCOM Chairman, charged the teachers to remember the State Governor, Senator Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke in their prayers, especially in the August election, so that the ongoing peace, progress and development in the state can continue.
