Transition :En-Route Rauf Organizes Tribute Night To Aregbesola

…Lauds Governor on infrastructural development

Few days to the end of Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola’s administration, a socio-political group, En-Route Rauf, has organized a night of tribute to mark the unprecedented achievements of his administration.

The Convener of the group, Hon. Rasheed Raji Ropo, explained that the purpose of the tribute night which would be held at Osogbo High School on the 24th of November, is to appraise the achievements of Ogbeni Aregbesola’s during his eight years of governance.

Ropo who said that Aregbesola has demystified the act of governance, added that the people of the State of Osun would forever be grateful to him.

The parliamentarian who eulogized Governor Aregbesola for his unprecedented achievements with the space of 8years said no any family has not benefited from the life changing programmes of Aregbesola.

According to him, “the first thing we need to thank Ogbeni for is the Peace he has provided for us in this state,  the atmosphere is very peaceful and this has allowed small businesses to triumph.

“We also need to thank him for the open door policies of his government and the all inclusive act of governance, every facet of life has been touched, both rural and urban, what about the road network, the school feedings, the ultra-modern structure of schools and training of techers, we thank God the result of our students is getting better with every exam, the sacrifice of our teachers, parents and students is manifesting into a positive way.

“What about the ambulance service across the state, the security of life and property of the citizen, the communal peace and harmony, the restructure of civil service, the religion tolerance among the three major faiths in the state, the market women and men in the act of governance. The list is endless.

“Ogbeni has truly delivered, this tribute is  not going to end here as we’ll always continue the celebration of Ogbeni Rauf Adesoji Aregbesola, he is going to become a course to be studied in our various school where people will learn his works and acts.”

Ropo who expressed his confidence in the ability of the incoming Governor, Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola to continue the legacies of Aregbesola, urged the people of the State to give the new administration their support to ensure continued infrastructural development.
