A gubernatorial aspirant on the platform of All Progressives Congress (APC), Oludayo Julius Oyebanji has observed that Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola’s transformation agenda has made the state to be one of the fastest growing economy in the nation.
Oyebanji who made the remarks when he visited APC’s gubernatorial candidate, Alhaji Isiaka Gboyega Oyetola in his Iragbiji home congratulated him on the emergence as flabearer in the forthcoming governorship election holding in September 22nd 2018.
He said that Oyetola’s success at the party primary election was a reflection of not only exceptional track records but also a revelation of the supremacy of the Almighty God in the choice of leaders.
According to him, “as a progressives, my political ideology is really more about building coalitions rather than staking not a position as staking out position is activism and that sometimes gets mistaken for politics.
“Your success is the success of our party and ultimately the success of all the good people of Osun.
“We need not only to protect our party but continue the advancement of the good work that Ogbeni has been doing in the last eight years. It is on Ogbeni’s transformation agenda Of making Osun the fastest growing economy in the world I stand.
“Having worked directly under you for about three and half years, I appreciate that you have a clear vision and convinced that the hope of Osun people will be alive under your leadership.
“It is on this note that I hereby wish to express my unaloyee loyalty to you, we pledge our support for the campaign process of your becoming the next governor of Osun on 27th Mover 2018.
While reacting, the Osun APC candidate, Alhaji Isiaka Gboyega Oyetola expressed appreciation to the governorship aspirant, Oludayo Julius Oyebanji for his support assuring him that his government will continue from where governor Aregbesola stopped.
He explained that all ongoing developmental projects would be completed while news ones would be initiated for the development of the state.
Oyetola appealed to Oyebanji and his supporters to support his aspiration adding that dividends of democracy would be delivered at door steps of residents of the state by his government.
