Osun Council Boss Rejoices With Gov Oyetola, Residents Over 29th Anniversary

The Executive Chairman, Isokan South Local Council Development Area of Osun State, Hon. Wasiu Oyetunji Oyelami has congratulated Governor Gboyega Oyetola, the people of his council area and entire state as the state clocks 29 years of its creation today.

This congratulatory message was contained in a statement issued by the Chairman and made available to journalists in Osogbo the state capital on Thursday.

The Chairman, who described the state which is ahead of its contemporaries in terms of rapid developments in all areas also extends his congratulatory message to the state cabinet members, members of the state House of Assembly and all political office holders as well as traditional rulers across the state.

Hon Oyelami said, “kudos to the elderly people who fought then for the emergence of Osun State as their complete efforts in actualising their dream cannot be over emphasised, the affected leaders deserve our commendation”.

Hon Oyelami, who maintained that the state is completely a peaceful one under the leadership of Governor Oyetola who has been working round the clock to ensure protection of life and property across the state enjoined residents not to relent in demonstrating their unflinching support to the government of the day.

” Let us all continue to live in peace with one another, be law abiding and above all attach priority to the payment of our taxes and other government levies as a way of supporting the incumbent administration, so that we would continue to have more dividends of democracy ” the Isokan local government boss said.

Hon Oyelami however reiterated his efforts in transforming the entire council area for the betterment of the citizenry saying he would not let them down.
