Chief Imam Offa, Jamb Registrar, Aregbesola, Others Storm Osogbo For Enroute Rauf Annual Ramadan Lecture

A sociopolitical group in Osun state, Enroute Rauf will hold its annual Ramadan lecture tagged 4th Oranmiyan Annual Ramadan Lecture.

The lecture holds on Sunday, May 26, 2019.

The lecture, which will hold at the popular Nelson Mandela Freedom Park, Osogbo, will start at 10 am prompt.

The theme of the lecture is: “Virtue of Good Muslims”

The Ramadan lecture will be delivered by the Chief Imam, Offa, Kwara state, Sheik Muyideen Salman. He would be doing justice to the topic: “Tolerance in Islam.

Other erudite Islamic Scholars expected to deliver lecture on the topics: ” Leadership and Followership, Islamic Perspective ” and “Virtue of Itkaf in the Last Ten Days of Ramadan ” are; Prof Isiaq Oloyede, Jamb Registrar and Sheik Yussuf Babatunde Ayeniromo popularly known as Oko Iya Eleko.

Spiritual father of the day is Sheik Imam Animashahun, Chief Imam of Osogbo land.

Spiritual fathers of the day; the Ooni of Ife, Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja II, Oluwo of Iwo, Oba Abdulrasheed Adewale Akanbi Telu1 and Ataoja of Osogbo, Oba Jimoh Olanipekun Larooye II.

Distinguished Guest of honour, Executive Governor of Osun, Alhaji Isiaka Gboyega Oyetola.

This year annual Ramadan lecture according to a statement signed by Enroute Rauf team was organized as part of activities to mark 62 years birthday anniversary of former Governor of Osun state, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, who they said would be on ground live to witness the event.
