JUST IN: Saraki Visits Obasanjo’s Over Presidential Bid
Former Senate President, Dr Bukola Saraki, has stormed former President Olusegun Obasanjo’s residence in Abeokuta, Ogun State, as part of consultation on his presidential bid.
Saraki arrived at Obasanjo’s penthouse residence located within the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library (OOPL), Abeokuta, at exactly 12:04pm.
He arrived alongside his team including former National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Kawu Baraje, among others.
It was gathered that Saraki is currently waiting for Obasanjo who is in a closed-door meeting with some Igbo elders at the Board Room of the OOPL.
Our correspondent gathered that Saraki is in the state to address the PDP delegates ahead of the party’s presidential primaries.
The former Kwara State Governor after his meeting with Obasanjo is billed to meet PDP delegates at the party secretariat in Abeokuta.
