Breaking: Fayose Threaten’s to Dump PDP
Ekiti State governor, Peter Ayodele Fayose, has threatened to dump the opposition Peoples Democratic Party after the National Convention held in Port-Harcourt, Rivers State on Saturday.
The governor on Monday, said that he would renounce his “membership of the PDP anytime from now.”
He promised that, “After consultations, I will speak clearly to Nigerians.”
Former Vice-President, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar won the party’s presidential primary at the Convention beating 11 other aspirant’s including the Senate President, Abubakar Bukola Saraki, Sokoto State Governor, Alhaji Aminu Tambuwal and his Gombe counterpart, Ibrahim Dakwambo.
