2027: Politicians Defecting To APC Shameless – CUPP

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Obokun Local Government Area of Osun and former APC candidate in Osun State 2023 House of Assembly in Obokun State Constituency, Hon. Folahan Adeniyi Samuel popularly known as (FAS), has appealed to party stakeholders to embrace dialogue and unity following the alleged suspension of Hon. Bosun Oyintiloye in Ward 1 of the council.

Hon Samuel, (FAS) in a statement made available to newsmen on Friday, said he was concerned about the recent development, stressing that peace and fairness should guide all internal party processes.

“As a party, the APC is built on dialogue, mutual respect and internal mechanisms for resolving differences and while discipline is important, peace, unity and fairness must always guide our actions, especially at a time when our collective strength is needed to move Obokun and Osun State forward,” he said.

He appealed to party elders, ward executives, youths and supporters to remain calm and avoid inflammatory statements, urging them to allow wisdom to prevail in resolving the issue.

FASl said that no ambition or misunderstanding should be allowed to divide the party, noting that the APC would be stronger through unity and collective engagement.

“I remain confident that, through sincere dialogue and understanding, this issue can be amicably resolved.

” I urge everyone to place party unity above personal differences and remember that history will always judge us by how we handled moments like this,” he added.

The APC chieftain also called for peaceful engagement and reconciliation in the overall interest of the party and the people of Obokun.

He expressed hope that peace would continue to reign in the local government area and the state at large.
