OOPA Congratulates Adeleke, Urges Renewed Focus On Good Governance

The Osun Online Publishers Association (OOPA) has congratulated Governor Ademola Adeleke on his victory in the Osun State governorship election, describing the outcome as a reflection of democratic participation and the power of the ballot.

In a congratulatory statement signed by its Chairman, Abioye Tosin Lawrence, and Publicity Secretary, Babatunde Raji, the association said Adeleke’s victory represented a renewed mandate from the people of Osun State.

OOPA urged the governor to regard the mandate as a call to deepen good governance, transparency, accountability and inclusive development across the state.

The association also commended the people of Osun for their participation in the electoral process, while appreciating all stakeholders who contributed to the conduct of the election.

It reaffirmed its commitment to responsible and credible online journalism, saying it would continue to play its role in promoting peaceful governance, responsible journalism and constructive engagement between the government and the people.

The association further expressed hope that Adeleke’s renewed tenure would bring greater development, prosperity and unity to the state.

OOPA wished the governor a successful tenure in office and congratulated him once again on his electoral victory.
