Adeniyi Ismail Oluwatosin: An Advocate of Youth, Women Emancipation In Politics, Governance

To say the unique name of an astute technocrat, young successful entrepreneur and Ila-Orangun-born politician, Adeniyi Ismail Oluwatosin has become a household name in Osun political space is to say the least of open, genuine and warmly acceptance he enjoys from his people in the last political dispensations.

Adeniyi Ismail Oluwatosin fondly called AIO has indeed carved a niche for himself as manifested in his philanthropic gesture, loyalty and commitment to progressive cause overtime. No doubt, his involvement in politics has shown clearly his avowed commitment to advocacy of good governance, purposeful leadership and productive representation.

As an aspirant of the House of Representatives in Ila, Boluwaduro, Ifedayo Federal Constituency, in 2023, AIO has been an ardent advocate of quality representation, and remained one of the financiers of the party not only in his constituency but beyond. Even before his ambition to run for the Nation’s Green Chamber, AIO has been a financial enthusiast of the party, the spirit that drives his lofty initiatives and engagement with the people.

It is on record that AIO played an active role during the re-electioneering campaigns of the immediate past Osun State Governor, Dr. Adegboyega Oyetola in 2022. His Team christened “Youth Initiative” served as a bulwark and political frontier that worked genuinely for the success of the party.

Through his philanthropic gesture, hundreds of thousands have been genuinely empowered while many households have been positively impacted particularly youths and women. In his onerous efforts and rigorous campaigns for the emergence of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, AIO was acknowledged as an active participant whose political strategies and financial commitment complemented and took the party to victory.

Ismail extends his philanthropic gesture to young and old particularly market women, Aged and vulnerable citizens have been directly benefitting from his kindness and generosity over the years.

Through his formidable team, AIO massively and rigorously supported, campaigned, canvassed and garnered supports for the election of President Tinubu. He is indeed an advocate of Youth and Women emancipation and participation in politics and governance.

It is boldly on record that AIO worked effortlessly as the Chairman committee on Media and Publicity of the Youth Wing of the party, the team championed by Hon. Dayo Israel, the current APC National Youth Leader.

Ismail has registered in masses’ minds, his preference and quest for the provision of quality education, a motive that informs his indiscriminate scholarship programme for indigent indigenes.

As a cosmopolitan mind, records showed clearly his active involvement and vital role in the election and emergence of Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwoolu in 2019.

He is a great enthusiast and admirer of Asiwaju School of Politics, a student of Chief Bisi Akande’s school of thought, a vast learner under the political tutelage of Dr Adegboyega Oyetola and an ardent loyalist of Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji’s candidacy.

His immense contributions and tremendous supports for the advancement, growth and development of his immediate community, Osun State and our nation can not be overemphasized.
