APC Igbimo-Agba Osun Congratulates Adewole, Bello On Their Appointments
The apex body of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Osun State, Igbimo-Agba Osun,has congratulated Prof. Isaac Adewole and Ambassador Adejare Bello on their recent appointments.
In a statement issued on Wednesday signed by its Chairman, Engr. Sola Akinwumi, described the appointments of Prof. Adewole as Nigeria’s Ambassador to Canada and Adejare as the new Chairman of the Governing Council of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, as well-deserved.
He said: “I take this time to heartily rejoice with two distinguished members of this body, Prof. Issac Adewole whose selection and approval as the Newest Nigeria Ambassador to Canada and H/E.Bello Adejare as the newest Chairman,Governing Council of Obafemi Awolowo University,Ile-Ife,Osun State, Nigeria.
He commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, former Osun State Governor Chief Bisi Akande and Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, Adegboyega Oyetola, for their roles played on the appointment of the two leaders.
“I equally owe our indefatigable President ,H/E. Bola Hamed Bola Tinubu, H/E Chief Bisi Akande and H/E Isiaka Gboyega Oyetola on positive roles they played towards the actualization of the appointments.
“I strongly believe the duo shall bring their incontrovertible wealth of experiences to bear in their various political assignments towards a steady growth of our dear Nigeria.
He further urged members and stakeholders of the party to remain committed to party activities ahead of the Osun State governorship election.
“Conclusively, I call on all Party stakeholders and members to remain unwaveringly committed to all Party’s activities towards ensuring electoral victories starting with Osun State Governorship election coming up on 15th day of August, 2026. As we labour together to reap the fruits together, Amen.
