Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has inspected the ongoing reconstruction of the Warri Township Stadium and expressed high satisfaction with the quality of work being delivered by Peculiar Ultimate Concern Limited, describing the transformation as outstanding.
