Speaking at the event, the Timi congratulated Dr. Funmiso for taking the bold decision to return to her hometown to invest in the health sector.

The royal father stressed that the people of Ede and its environs would benefit from her medical services, which would also complement government efforts in the health sector.

According to the monarch, “Governor Ademola Adeleke has done well in terms of improving infrastructure, which should attract successful indigenes to return to the state.”

He noted that almost all towns in the state have benefited from government intervention in road infrastructure.

The Timi also used the opportunity to seek the continued support and prayers of Osun residents for the administration of Governor Adeleke to extend beyond 2026.
In her remarks, Chief Adeleke-Sanni lauded Dr. Funmiso for demonstrating genuine love for her state.

While speaking on her efforts to encourage successful Osun indigenes across the world to invest at home, Chief Adeleke-Sanni said, “I always advise them that Osun needs their expertise and investment for continuous development.

“Dr. Funmiso is a product of those efforts,” she added.

She also appreciated the Timi for providing the royal leadership needed to attract investors to Ede.

According to her, during the reign of Oba Lawal, Ede has witnessed notable industrial and educational development.

Chairman of Ede South Local Government Area, Hon. Lukman Afolabi, congratulated Dr. Funmiso on the successful completion of the building project, describing it as a testament to diligence, perseverance, and God’s grace.
