Osun-Based DJ To Commission Radio Station Tomorrow
A foremost Disk Jockey in Osun, Oluwaseun Ekundayo-Salawu, popularly called DJ Bassman, is set to officially commission his newly opened radio station, ‘Bass 99.3 FM’.
The ceremony, organised by Sammuella Communications & Media Ltd, will take place on Tuesday, September 16th, 2025, at the station’s premises located along Olude New Oba Road, Alatori/Aganga Junction, Ota-Efun, Osogbo.
The radio station, according to the organiser, will be commissioned by the Osun State Governor, Senator Nurudeen Ademola Jackson Adeleke, with dignitaries, esteemed royal fathers, and media stakeholders expected to grace the occasion.
Ekundayo-Salawu noted that the radio station was established to redefine entertainment and community engagement across Osun State.
He expressed his delight at the milestone, noting that “with state-of-the-art broadcasting facilities and a team of vibrant media professionals, Bass 99.3 FM is set to make a mark in the radio broadcasting landscape of Osun State and Nigeria at large.”
“The station will feature a rich blend of talk shows, news, music, educational programs, and community outreach initiatives designed to connect with diverse audiences.”
