Raphat College Of Education, Obaagun, Receives Accreditation For 16 Courses
The National Commission for Colleges of Education has accredited 16 courses at Raphat College of Education in Obaagun, located in the Ifelodun Local Government Area of Osun State.
In an official letter addressed to the College’s Proprietor, Alhaji Wahab Hamzat Omotoso, the Commission confirmed full accreditation of the courses, having satisfied necessary requirement.
The courses are: General Education, Primary Education, Business Education, Political Science Education, Social Studies Education, Islamic Education, Economics, English Language, French Education, and Yoruba Language.
The additional accredited courses include Arabic Language, Physics Education, Computer Science, Biology Education, Chemistry Education, and Mathematics Education.
The Commission commended both the Proprietor and the College Management for their outstanding performance. However, it also urged them to address the recommendations made in the accreditation report to ensure the continued quality of administration and management at the College.
The letter noted: “You may recall that a team from the National Commission for Colleges of Education visited your institution between September 1 and 5, 2024. Following the recommendations of the Academic Programmes Department of the National Council for Colleges of Education, the Executive Secretary of the Commission approved the results of the exercise on September 30, 2024.”
