ACADIP’S 30th Anniversary Begins Tomorrow
1. Activities marking the 30th Anniversary of Academy of Islamic Propagation ACADIP, begin tomorrow morning (Wednesday January 8, 2025)with a press conference, at NUJ Press Centre Iwo/Ibadan, Osogbo.
2. A statement by the Chairman Planning Committee Mr. HASSAN BAYERO indicates that the Chief Lecturer of the global Islamic Organization Mallam Yusuf Adepoju is scheduled to address the press, to highlight the journey of three decades of ACADIP, challenges and constraints.
“All is set for the commencement of a 5-day programme, marking the 30th Anniversary of Academy of Islamic Propagation ACADIP, with the press conference, holding , tomorrow Wednesday January 8, 2025 at NUJ Press Centre, Iwo/Ibadan road, Osogbo”.
3. It adds that the Chief Lecturer of ACADIP will also shed light on the feat the global Islamic Organization has recorded in its Dawah activities within and outside the country in the past three decades.
4. It will attract the representatives of media organizations including the broadcast media, print and online media, chieftains of ACADIP and friends while the programme will be live-streamed.
5. The release stresses that as part of the 5-day programme marking the 30th Anniversary of ACADIP, there will be visitations to a number of orphanage homes, hospitals and correctional centres across the nation on Thursday, jumaat services in various ACADIP mosques on Friday, Forty-four distinguished individuals will be given merit awards on Saturday and another four others on Sunday at the Conference Centre, University of Ibadan.
