Terror In The Night: Fake EFCC Operatives Storm Hotel, Abduct 10 In Niger
Fear and anguish grip Niger State as gunmen disguised as operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) abducted 10 people in a raid on White Hill Hotel along Shiroro Road, Chanchaga Local Government Area.
The terrifying incident unfolded in the early hours of Tuesday, February 27, when the gunmen stormed the hotel under the guise of an official operation.
Guests, unaware of the impending horror, watched helplessly as the gunmen disabled CCTV cameras before forcefully entering rooms, dragging victims into the darkness of the unknown.
An intelligence source revealed that the kidnappers operated with precision, leaving no trace behind except fear and unanswered questions.
“They came as law enforcers, but they were merchants of terror,” the source lamented.
Zagazola Makama, a counter insurgency expert, reports that authorities, including the Assistant Commissioner of Police, State Intelligence Department (Acpol SID), confirmed ongoing investigations into the shocking attack.
However, as days pass with no word on the victims’ fate, their loved ones are left clinging to hope in a state of deep despair.
