Osun APC Greets Christians At Easter, Urges Them To Pray For Tinubu, Oyetola

The Osun State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has rejoiced with the Christians during this year’s Easter celebration.

According to the Osun State chairman of the APC, Sooko Tajudeen Lawal, in a statement issued by the party’s Director of Media and Information, Chief Kola Olabisi, today, it is indeed a thing of joy and profound happiness to be celebrating a hitch-free this year’s Easter with his Christian brothers and sisters.

Lawal stated that Easter season should be a period when the Christians should rededicate themselves to the service of humanity in the overall interest of the citizenry.

The state APC chairman reminded the Christians to remember to pray for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in his bold and genuine efforts to bail out the country from economic quagmire which hitherto had been retarding her development.

In the words of the state APC chairman: “On behalf of my family, the state executive officers of our party and all the members of our party in Osun State, I am congratulating all the Christians for witnessing and celebrating this year’s Easter.

“This period should be the time to intensify our prayers for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and all the political functionaries at the federal level especially the leader of our party in Osun State, former state Governor Adegboyega Oyetola now Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, for continuous God’s guidance.

“We should pray for the realization of the collective political aspiration of all the genuine members of the APC in Osun State in 2026 in the interest of the provision of an ideal and good governance for the people of the state.

“It is very necessary for those who are abundantly blessed to remember to reach out to the less-privileged members of the society during the period of Easter.

“Christianity which is about love, co-operation, unity and peace should be the guiding principles of all the members and supporters in all our endeavours in our state.

“May our Christian brothers and sisters witness many more fruitful Easter celebrations in the land of the living In Jesus Name”, Lawal prayed.
