Breaking: Sanwo-Olu Announces Egube As DCoS
Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu has announced his former Commissioner for Budget and Planning, Mr. Sam Egube, as Deputy Chief of Staff. The office of the DCoS became vacant with the recent passing of former holder, Sanwo-Olu’s close ally, Mr Gboyega Soyannwo.
Governor Sanwo-Olu made the announcement at Badore Ajah, in Eti Osa local government area, where he commissioned 15 new locally-built ferries.
Recall that Mr. Sam Egube, who the Governor said would be sworn-in tomorrow, along with 13 others were rejected as Commissioner nominees by the Lagos State House of Assembly after Sanwo-Olu’s reelection as Governor.
In line with the THEMES Plus developmental Agenda, the State Governor has recorded impressive feats in the bid to bequeath Lagosian with a sustainable multimodal transportation system that offers Lagosian viable mobility options.
